Cardio kickboxing is a workout that borrows moves from the Thai sport of kickboxing to make the participants work up a sweat. 

A typical hour-long class will take place at Tyson Sports Institute.  One of our highly trained instructors will lead the group of participants through specific punches and kicks.

The punches and the kicks of the cardio kickboxing will be a full body workout.

  The punches will help the participants strengthen their upper bodies and the kicks will strengthen the legs of the participants.  Participants will lose weight, gain toned abs, thighs, waist, chest, legs and buttocks.  Participants will also learn self-defense and become self confident.
